Purpose
Most leaders are navigating culture without a map. This workshop gives you one. We start by building a shared understanding of how culture is actually formed, through systems, decisions, incentives, and everyday behaviours, and what that means for how impact shows up in practice. From there we focus on where impact is already embedded in your organisation, where competing pressures are creating friction, and what practical moves will make the biggest difference. You leave with a common language, a clearer picture, and a shared sense of where to focus first.

Workshop logistics
The workshop is a one-day, face-to-face session for up to thirty participants. We recommend including people from different teams and levels of the organisation. Different perspectives sharpen the discussion and build the collective ownership that makes culture change stick.

We also offer a two-hour interactive Lunch & Learn designed to introduce the principles of Impact Culture. Explore how culture is shaped, the role leaders play, and the practical levers that can create meaningful change. This is a face to face workshop although can be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams if face to face isn’t possible, this session will begin to build the foundations for teams wanting to understand and strengthen their impact culture.
